-AlyciaTheLifeCoach-
Meet Alycia
My name is Alycia Cooksey and I am a Psychotherapist with a private practice AlyciaTheLifeCoach, LLC. ATLC was established in 2014 and I currently consult with Upper Manhattan Mental Health Center, Harlem United and a host of other non-profit organizations.
I graduated from Herbert H. Lehman, City University Of New York with a Master's Degree in Social Work. My career began working with individuals infected with HIV/AIDS battling addiction, mental illness and chronic homelessness. From this population I discovered Harm Reduction, the power of giving yourself choice and benefits of having guidance when making changes.
I designed a program integrating Life Coaching and Psychotherapy to help individuals, couples and families overcome life challenges and exercise their fullest potential. I also provide crisis management to organizations to manage workplace and interpersonal conflicts.
